Although there’s no doubt that having children enriches our lives, being a mum or dad can seem isolating at times. How often have you gone through an entire day and realised that you haven’t had one adult conversation?

It’s just one of those things that comes with having children that no one quite warns you about. But if you do ever feel confused or concerned, there are plenty of great online resources out there to give you help, advice or simply the necessary reassurance that you’re not alone.
